Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) is a foundation and building system that uses Styrofoam board and nylon webbing to replace traditional wood forms. This system provides framing and insulation at the concrete pouring stage. This reduces futher costs down the road of finishing the basement area. ICF's can also be used for upper floors making a very energy efficient house.
